Hold-open arms (sometimes called "hold-open kits" or "door arrests") keep a reach-in door propped open during product loading — essential during stocking shifts when the door cycles dozens of times an hour.

Without a working hold-open, gaskets get pulled, hinges get over-stressed, and the door spring loses snap faster. Replacing a failed arm costs less than $50 and saves a lot of downstream wear.
