Welcome to Cooler Door Parts. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General

Cooler Door Parts provides commercial refrigeration replacement parts for businesses. By using this website and purchasing products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Cooler Door Parts reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Payment must be received at the time of order. Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

4. Shipping

In-stock items are typically shipped within 1 business day. For expedited service, call 800-491-4881. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated ship date. Customers may keep or cancel the order partially or entirely for a refund. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Unused purchases are eligible for a refund within 15 days of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted using the contact form. Cooler Door Parts will evaluate and respond within 2 business days.

If the refund request is due to Cooler Door Parts’ fault, standard shipping costs both ways will also be refunded.
If the refund is due to customer reasons (wrong product ordered, change of mind, etc.), only the product cost is refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days to the original payment method.

6. Warranties & Liability

All products are sold “as is” without any express or implied warranties. Cooler Door Parts is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

7. Changes to Terms
