Refund Policy

Unused purchases are eligible for a refund within 15 days of purchase. You can request a refund by completing the contact form. Cooler Door Parts will evaluate and respond to a return request within 2 business days.

How refunds are evaluated

• If your refund request is due to Cooler Door Parts’ fault, we will also refund the standard shipping cost both ways.
• If the refund is not due to Cooler Door Parts’ fault (such as choosing the wrong product, change of mind, etc.), the eligible refund will be for the product cost only.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
