Welcome to Cooler Door Parts. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General

Cooler Door Parts provides commercial refrigeration replacement parts for businesses. By using this website and purchasing products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Cooler Door Parts reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

  • Payment must be received at the time of order.

  • Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

4. Shipping

  • In-stock items are typically shipped within 1 business day.

  • For expedited service, call 800-491-4881.

  • If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated ship date. Customers may keep or cancel the order partially or entirely for a refund.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Unused purchases are eligible for a refund within 15 days of purchase.

  • Refund requests must be submitted using the contact form. Cooler Door Parts will evaluate and respond within 2 business days.

  • If the refund request is due to Cooler Door Parts’ fault, standard shipping costs both ways will also be refunded.

  • If the refund is due to customer reasons (wrong product ordered, change of mind, etc.), only the product cost is refundable.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days to the original payment method.

6. Warranties & Liability

  • All products are sold “as is” without any express or implied warranties.

  • Cooler Door Parts is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

7. Changes to Terms

Cooler Door Parts may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
